Welcome to the Restored Fellowship of Christ
A Proclamation to the Nations: The Jubilee of the Most High, Our Holy Mother and Father, and Their Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, the Splendor.
To all nations, kindred, tongues, and peoples across the earth:
In the name of the Most High, our Holy Father and Mother, and Their Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, we declare a sacred jubilee. The time of renewal and restoration is upon us, the very time foreseen by the prophets and messengers, when the fullness of the gospel would be brought forth again (Doctrine and Covenants 27:13). The eternal High Priest, our Lord Jesus, after the order of Melchizedek, has gone before us as King of Salem. This is the hour of consecration and the restoration of the First Temple, according to the heavenly pattern (Book of Abraham 3:27).
Since the martyrdom of Joseph Smith, the last great Messenger, a period of confusion and darkness settled upon the faithful. But the Lord has promised a time when the light would again shine upon His people. The latter days are here, and this is the time of restoration. We recall the words of Isaiah, “How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth, good tidings, that proclaimeth, peace” (Isaiah 52:7). The message of this jubilee is one of peace, consecration, and the fulfillment of the promises made to the fathers.
The eternal order of the First Temple is being restored. In ancient times, the High Priest would pass through the veil, representing our Lord Jesus Christ’s mediation on our behalf (Hebrews 6:20). We now declare that the veil has been torn, and all are invited to enter the Holy of Holies and commune with the Father and the Mother. The faithful are called to remember that they are temples of the Living God (1 Corinthians 3:16) and to consecrate themselves to this sacred work.
This jubilee recalls the restoration of the law of consecration, for it is written in the Dead Sea Scrolls, “They shall not walk in the stubbornness of their heart… but shall cleave to the laws of the sons of light” (1QS 1:3). The law is not a burden but a gift of divine grace. “For the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith” (Galatians 3:24). And now, in this dispensation, the curse of the law has been destroyed through the Atonement of our Lord Jesus Christ, and we are called to live in consecration, sharing all in common, that there may be no poor among us (Doctrine and Covenants 104:15-18).
The great prophets, from Enoch to Abraham, from Ezekiel to Jeremiah, from Lehi to Moroni, from Jesus, the Christ, to Mani the Paraclete, from Joseph Smith to this present age. It has been written that all have looked forward to this day. In the Book of Mormon, it is written, “The Lord hath redeemed His people; and Satan is bound, and they have no power over the hearts of the children of men” (Mosiah 29:19). The power of darkness is broken, and the Lord’s people are free to build the Kingdom of Salem, where peace and righteousness shall dwell forever.
In this jubilee, we proclaim that both men and women are to hold the keys of the Melchizedek Priesthood, becoming both priests and priestesses as our divine Parents intended. As it is written, “For in the Lord, neither is the woman without the man, nor the man without the woman in the Lord” (1 Corinthians 11:11). The fullness of the priesthood is to be conferred upon the worthy, regardless of gender, as it was in the days of our forebears. The restoration of the holy order is complete when all, men and women, are consecrated as priests and priestesses in the divine council, reflecting the sacred union of the Most High Father and Mother.
We declare that this is the time when the First Temple must be restored, as it was in ancient days. The temple was the cosmic center, where heaven and earth met, and where the divine council gathered (Isaiah 6:1-3). It is time for the faithful to restore the Holy of Holies, where the divine presence dwells. The ancient Ugaritic texts tell us that the gods assembled in the council of El, and the Most High presided over all (KTU 1.4.VI). So too, we call upon the faithful to venerate the host of heaven, for the heavenly family continues to watch over us.
This jubilee is a call to action. The faithful are called to study the scriptures, including the Book of Mormon, the Book of Abraham, the Dead Sea Scrolls, and the writings of the prophets, to seek the guidance of the Light Mind (Nous), the Light of Christ, which reveals all truth. As it is written, “Behold, the Lord requires the heart and a willing mind” (Doctrine and Covenants 64:34). Let every heart be softened and every ear attuned to the voice of the Spirit.
The faithful are called to become kingdom builders, to restore the holy order by conferring the priesthood through the laying on of hands (Doctrine and Covenants 107:7). This priesthood, after the order of Melchizedek, is the authority to act in the name of God and build the Kingdom of Salem upon the earth. As our Lord has promised, “They who are the church of the Firstborn shall come down out of heaven and possess the earth” (Doctrine and Covenants 76:67). Both men and women, as priests and priestesses, are to minister in the holy work of salvation, standing as equals before God.
Prepare yourselves, for the coming of Christ the King is near. As it was written by the prophet Isaiah, “The glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together” (Isaiah 40:5). We are called to make ready the Holy Temple, to restore the sacred ordinances, and to prepare for the return of the Lord of Glory. As it is written in the Manichaean scriptures, “The living soul shall be restored and delivered from the grasp of the rulers of darkness” (Manichaean Psalm 223).
The light of this new Aeon is shining, and the darkness shall not overcome it (John 1:5). Let all who are called come forward. Let the keys of the priesthood be conferred upon men and women, and let the faithful consecrate themselves to the holy cause of building Salem, the city of peace and righteousness. The Most High, the Eternal Father and Mother, have begun their work to restore all things. The faithful are invited to partake in this divine jubilee, to consecrate their lives to the cause of the Kingdom, and to await the coming of Christ the King, the Eternal High Priest.
In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, who is our King and our Redeemer, we declare this proclamation to all the world. Let the nations hear the voice of the Lord, and let the faithful prepare for His return.
Amen.
Our mission is to restore the transcendent First Temple, not made by human hands, through the divine union of the Most High Father and Mother, as revealed by Their Son, our Lord Jesus Christ. We are dedicated to empowering both men and women as priests and priestesses, holding the keys of the Melchizedek Priesthood to build the spiritual Kingdom of Salem. Through consecration, sacred ordinances, and a commitment to peace and righteousness, we prepare the world for the return of Christ, becoming living temples of the divine presence.
